Preserving MI Fresh

A Food Preservation Workshop

What: A demonstration style workshop to learn about:
  • Boiling water bath canning
  • Pressure canning with dial gauge & weighted gauge
  • Raw & hot packaging
  • Canning fruits, vegetables, meats and other foods
  • High quality canned foods

When: July 25, 2013 from  3:00 - 5:30 p.m.

Where: MSU Extension Demonstration Kitchen
