Eating Right is Basic

A 7 week workshop with hands-on cooking sessions where individuals learn:
  • Ways to stretch your food dollars
  • Prepare nutritious and delicious meals from basic foods you have on hand
  • Menu/Meal planning
  • Cooking hints and tips with each sessions food preparation
Attend all 7 sessions and receive an E.R.I.B. cookbook, kitchen helpers and more.

Classes will be held on the following date:
  • Wednesday, September 5th
  • Wednesday, September 12th
  • Wednesday, September 19th
  • Wednesday, September 26th
  • Wednesday, October 3rd
  • Wednesday, October 10th
  • Wednesday, October 17th

Each session will be held from 12:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
