Keeping food safe during an emergency
Over the last few weeks we've had some wild weather! Storm systems have brought heavy rain and strong winds to Jackson County, causing many homes to lose power. Here are some tips from the United States Department of Agriculture on being prepared for emergencies, such as floods, fires and power outages, and how to ensure that your food and water supplies are safe for you and your family.
