The new 4-H age policy will be in effect with the
beginning of the new 2019 4-H Program Year, which starts September 1, 2018, and
for the 2019 Fair.
However, at this year’s Fair 8 year olds will still be
Clover Buds, and must follow the Clover Bud rules in the Fairbook.
